Designed by Gregory Poplyk for the 142nd Edition of the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus, this sketch facsimile portrays both a costume illustration and working notes. Text on the sketch reads: "Feld Entertainment Ringling Brothers Blue 142 Shanda Sawyer" indicating the production company, Feld Entertainment, Inc.; the show, Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus; the tour, Blue Unit; edition, 142nd; and Director Shanda Sawyer. The sketch depicts the costume of Ringmaster Johnathan Lee Iverson, and a work note reads "establish length of tails on JLI" indicating to finalize the coat's tail length in a fitting with the Ringmaster. The sketch is signed by designer Gregory Poplyk.
